Easy Oreo Stuffed Cookies

Oreo Stuffed Cookie Cups are an amazing dessert, a cookie within a cookie!

To make them, all you need is cookie dough from your grocery store, or some basic ingredients to make your own. Then you quietly hide an Oreo inside the cookie dough using either a muffin pan or a baking sheet.

This dessert is great on-the-go, for casual entertaining or just a great addition to the cookie jar at home. Trust us … everyone who tries one will keep coming back for more!

Easy Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 package Oreo cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Apply nonstick spray to a muffin pan or baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together and beat in eggs and vanilla. Fold in flour, salt and baking soda.
  3. Press a half-inch layer of dough into each muffin tin. Add an oreo and then another half-inch of dough on top to fully enclose.
  4. Bake for about 18 min or until golden brown. Cool for 5 min in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack. Serve and enjoy!
